How it works
The real cultures are lists of actual given names and surnames, with the culture's own rules applied: family name first for Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese and Hungarian names; a patronymic built from the father's name for Icelandic, Russian and Viking-age Norse; surnames that agree with gender in Russian, Polish and Czech; the three-part Roman name; two surnames sometimes in Spanish.
The invented worlds are not lists. Each one is a small grammar of syllables that sound like that world, so a Valyrian name is full of ae and ys, a Dothraki name ends the way Drogo's does, and an Argonian gets either a hyphenated Jel name or a three-word one. You will not find these names in the books, only ones that could be.
Every pick uses crypto.getRandomValues. Pinned names live in your browser's storage and nowhere else. The only thing this page records is that a batch was flipped, how many, and how many sources were ticked. Never the names.
